Pork Loin Shoulder Roast

So many wonderful ways to do it, but I think my favorite is to pour liquid smoke over it and cook it slowly. I serve it with bbq sauce. Then the leftovers I shred, freeze in smaller bags and use in all sorts of things, although my favorite is to use it in stir fry. Enjoy!0

I'm fixing that for dinner tonight. I just rub a little sage on it, then put some sliced onions on top of that. I toss some carrots in the pan for flavor and bake it at 325-350 until it's 160-165 degrees. Let it sit outside the oven for 15 minutes or so before cutting it. It should be moist and delicious. Enjoy!0

Now that you made me hungry for it, no pork roast for me tonight, unfortunately. However, I did just put boneless pork tenderloin chops and kraut in the crockpot to plug in tomorrow for dinner.0
