Just joined about a month ago and have been working hard with my eating habits and exercising. Coming on here and seeing all the awesome before and after pics is such an inspiration and keeps me focused on the prize......the prize being feeling healthier and more positive in general which is already happening............keep those before/after pics coming you all look AWESOME!!!!!

    I'm so the same way....seeing the before and after (even just a few down) is such an inspiration. I'm a forum (especially the success forum) junkie and I don't want to break the habit!
