Exercise with stitches?

I had to get stitches over a pretty large portion of my back. The my doctor told me I could exercise but I couldn't do yoga or anything that had to do with my arms, lift my arms over my head. I'm pretty much not allowed to move my left arm in general. I can't run. She thought a stationary bike and walking on a treadmill would work. I don't have access to a gym and every time I try walking any great distance outside I feel dizzy and faint. I don't want to loose the progress I've made. Does anyone have any advice?

Honestly, I would take the time to let my body heal if I were you. I know it's not easy, especially when you are just getting into a good workout routine. However, if you eat clean and stay within your calories, you should be fine. Actually, while you are healing, it wouldn't hurt to chose foods that are more wholesome, such as healthy lean protein, green leaf veggies, and fruit.
Don't worry-you'll be back to your old routine in no time! Take care!:flowerforyou:0
