quick and easy one pot quinoa and kale superfood lunch

i just made this, and i'm so full!
fill a very deep frying pan about 1/2 or less with with water (about 4 cups maybe more)
drop in a wyler's chicken boullion cube
drop in 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
turn on flame and just go on about your business stirring occasonally
then add:
5 cups kale (one whole head chopped up)
1 green onion, chopped
1 zucchini
garlic powder, salt, pepper, some nutritional yeast if you're into that
cook until kale is desired softness, stirring occasionally
i don't cook very long because i like it a little crunchy.
it makes a big huge bowl for only about 370 calories
use less water for less soupy effect, but i like to drink the broth.
