looking for the average type 2 diabetic guideline for maximum grams of sugar per meal or per day
also, what about carbs? I understand they turn into sugar but what's the max. a diabetic should have per meal or per day and does that include ALL carbs? or net carbs? (whatever net carbs are IDK)

That really comes down to something you decide with your doctor and nutrition specialist. It's different for every diabetic. Some doctors want their patients to take in no more than 60 carbs per meal, others want to see 80. Talk to your doctor0
