Need help on toning?i eat healthy,just dont want saggy skin.

Last year I weighed 228,with tons of determination and healthy eating now I am 5"3 @153. I know I would weigh less if I just just toned up any tips on things I can do at home? Need to tone arms,inner thighs,abs, and legs...
