I start month TWO of insanity tmrw! Im nervous =O
Everyone keeps saying how month two KICKS YOUR BUTT!
I was DRIPPING sweat in every single workout during the first month
so Im assuming month two will make me drown in a pool of it!
I havent skipped any days so I believe Im ready but GEEZ;
The first day is two workouts ( The Fit Test & Max Cardio Conditioning );
w/ the work schedule I have, that means its going to be 1.5 hours
of back to back workouts. I could die giving it my all. Pray For Me :indifferent:

It's harder, but it's not impossible. There are 3 circuits rather than 2 as in the first month, the warmup is longer and a little harder, and some of the exercises in the circuits are multipart. Don't worry, you'll be fine.0
