I love oats and I was about to ask for a good baked oatmeal recipe lol0

Sounds like a question for Google. I'll bet there are lots of low-cal low sugar bar type cookie things out there. Lots of added fruit- nuts- flax- chia- whatever and on and on and on.0

I love baked oatmeal. I use chocolate-covered katie's recipe but edit it a little. Plus, I love her recipes except she adds extras and does not count them into her calorie count, and mine are always over a lot from hers. She'll say, 1-2 Tbs peanut butter, well, that is 100 calories right there. Anyway, here is how I make it. I call it bressert, cause it is good anytime from breakfast to dessert. Eating it ATM, for brunch.
mix and put in ramakin, bake 375 for 20 mins, broil for a few to brown top.0
