Snickerdoodle Protein Shake (Yummy) :)

1/4 Cup Almond Milk (Can use the unsweetened or the vanilla flavored)
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (Use your favorite)
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 to 1 Full Banana (You can use a fresh one or one that you have frozen)
1 Teaspoon Peanut Butter
1 Packet Stevia or Truvia (You can also omit this you don't have it)
6 to 10 Ice cubes

Put all in blender and blend till milkshake consistency. Only 299 calories if you use the vanilla flavored almond milk and 249 if you use the unsweetened almond milk. This is filling and is great for a breakfast or a lunch. Enjoy :)
