yummy after workout protein smoothie
I love to makeprotein smoothies for my after-workout breakfast. Usually imake a banana oatmeal almond protein smoothie, but today i got tropical:
1 banana
Couple of chunks of papaya
about half a cup of guava pineapple juice
Half a scoop of body fortress vanilla whey protien (you could use the whole scoop if you want)
little squirt of honey
handful of ice
Blended it in the magic bullet...so yummy! And about 315 calories!
