I failed to stretch before working out, and I think I pulled a muscle in my leg. Any suggestions?

Take 2 ibuprofen every 4-6 hours for a day or two if the pain is bad, and put a (wrapped in a towel) ice pack on the injury - alternate 15 minutes ice/15 minutes no ice so you don't get frostbite. Take it easy and don't overwork that muscle until it's back to normal.
If it's just muscle soreness (you worked hard, now muscles are sore/NOT an actual muscle pull), do the above, but go ahead and work out tomorrow or the next day.0 -
Will do. Thanks, El!0
