12 week Gym Challenge results

My weight has been up and down for years, and my gym recently held a 12 week challenge that finished up last week. I used this a a catalyst to get me back into diet and excercise and make a change for good this time.

Ive managed to get my self down 17.2kg in the 12 weeks (38lbs) and feeling much better for it, from my heaviest ever 110.9kg to 93.7kg (244.5lbs to 206.5lbs).

Just thought I'd throw a photo up as others have provided much inspiration. My ultimate goal is to keep going until I hit around the 80kg (176lb) mark and tone up. Still a long way to go but im stoked with how easy MyFitnessPal makes it to monitor in vs out and the numbers just keep rising!!

Just bought myself a fitbit as a present to myself a couple of weeks ago and have already dropped another 2kg since buying it :)
