So, hi everyone. I am a come-back to MFP, a stay-at-home Mommy and old college student so not a lot of time and no gym any where near my boondock home. Any great support and challenge groups to join, need to be pushed, challenged and even bossed into kicking off these last pounds. No one here to motivate or support so I could every bit of extra kick in the butt I can get!!

I have the same problem. I live about 20 or more mins from a gym so its not realistic for me to go into town 3 times a week. Im a stay at home mom. I don't have much support around my home as my husband has made some changes and has to eat what I make because after he is done working a 12 hr shift he doesn't want to make anything. I find taking before pictures of yourself and keep doing that however often you want to really helps. Walk where you can or run also. Last year there was NO way I was going to run but I'm up to a mile in a half now. I'm trying to work into 2 miles. Best of luck and you can be my friend. :flowerforyou:0
