Can't do this on my own!!

I am looking for some friends on here..
This site has been helpful for the past week to push me into wanting to do better but today I found myself losing willpower quickly. I didn't really workout and ate horribly. I didn't have any fruits or vegetables in the house & went to a cookout which didn't help at all!
It's not that my family isn't supportive, they just aren't really interested in joining me on my journey.
I have always struggled with my weight but now that I have been through my third pregnancy & actually lost weight throughout it, I really don't plan on going backwards. I weighed 215 at my largest pre pregnancy. During this last pregnancy I was a consistent 206-208. The day I gave birth I weighed back in at 215 then 2 weeks later I was down to 189. This was last week and I haven't had the chance to weigh in again since (I need a new battery or a new scale)
Anyways, I am really nervous to weigh in once I have a working scale because I will be so heartbroken if I gained all the weight back.
I am just looking for some support and motivation to help me get past these really tough days where I just want to eat junk and don't have a chance to workout. Also I am hoping to find some snack & family meal ideas if anyone knows where I can find some, I am new to the message boards.
