You can run and do insanity together. I suggest you do your running training first thing in the morning then do as much insanity as you can in the afternoon.
On my last cycle of p90x before getting pregnant, I ran in the morning and did the routines in the afternoon. I was really sore, but I pushed through it. Home-made recovery shakes helped a lot, as did proper stretching and getting enough sleep at night. If you drink alcohol, I suggest you give it up before adding Insanity to an already strong workout schedule.0 -
I'm finishing up Turbojam in 17 days, then starting TurboFire, then possibly thinking Insanity. Not sure yet though. Guess I have a little time to decide lol.0
