(GIRLS) I get so bloated when on my period!!!!

I had never realized I gained weight. What to do?! :sad:

    get birth control so you don't have a period.

    Today I gained two pounds...and then I got my period! Ahhh, I don't sweat it too much. My period showing up on time means I'm healthy, everything's working the way it should and if it means I gain a cuppla pounds--no biggie. I tend to have my best and lasting weight loss directly after the first few days of getting it. And, before I was tracking my calories and exercise, PMS was an excuse to eat all the crap I craved: fat, salt and booze. I'm much more controlled now so when I see the scale go up during that time, I know it's natural and nothing to get excited about.

    its only temporary, take the gain and once your monthlies are over, youll go back to your weight... sorted

    Yeah most of it is water weight....I feel and look like a beached whale!!!! "Gertrude" came to visit yesterday...I just eat regularly and keep getting in exercise....you'll feel better in a few days!!!!
