Does anyone have any recipes or go to treats that are low carb no carb or sugar free? I love fruit but it's not cutting it I want cookies or cake or pie? I'm craving sweets but I don't want to just cheat I want something I can make for years to come..? If you have any recipes or anything I can make that are tasty and healthy. Let me know..

Personally, when I can afford it, I buy some raspberries or Lindt's 90% cacao chocolate squares. Usually I just get a serving of peanut butter.

Beware of the crazy amounts of sugar alcohols found in sugar-free cakes and pies at the store. It will mess your stomach up! Some people are very sensitive to them, while others are just fine handling them. Not sure if your dietary needs are for ketosis or just general low carb, but best of luck to you!0 -

I love frozen yoghurt or raisins or homemade banana "ice-cream" (blitzed frozen banana) they all really hit the spot for me but I guess they do have quite a lot of sugar really...I've been suggested sorbet too but havent tried that one yet (can you tell I like my cold desserts...?) Or even an ice-lolly - can make your own with sugar free squash and they're virtually calorie free :-)
My recent discovery is flying saucers - not sure if they have them where you are but a treat size bag of them is 66cals!0 -

i just made chocolate covered bacon.. and omg.. i bought the 90% lindt chocolate and i tried it by itself and spit it out.. so gross.. so what i did was melt the chocolate with some vanilla extract and some truvia to sweeten it a little bit and coated the bacon and sprinkled more truvia on it.. its soo tasty i still only had one piece but it for sure satisfied my craving for sweets..0 -
