1hr until bedtime, 200+ cal short of goal.... Is it worse to eat so closboot bedtime, or to eat too little? Help!

  • If it's not a regular thing then I wouldn't worry about the 200calories unless you're hungry.

    Eating at night has no ill-effects, so I guess it's whether or not you feel comfortable sleeping with something in your belly. 200 cals missed once isn't going to to affect you.

    The time that you eat makes no difference - the food will NOT turn to fat overnight

    I sometimes eat a third of my daily calories (700) an hour before I go to bed because that's when I'm most hungry

    A glass of milk wont be too much, and will help you sleep as well.
