HELLO EVERYONE!

Hey guys,

A quick hello from London.

I discovered the app the other day, realising it will completely simplify my macro calorific analysis and allow me to keep track of EXACTLY what I've eaten.

I guess I would be described as a fitness enthusiast. I train 5 days a week. Monday is Martial Arts day, Tues - Sat Gym + Cardio.

I love to cycle and I HATE running - If you can come up with one single benefit other than damaged knees, ankles and soul - I'll be impressed ;)......Not to judge you runners out there, if it works for you - that's great :)

So my current goal is to add lean muscle mass whilst shedding body fat to around 10% (Currently around 15-16%) - I currently weigh 13 and 1/2 Stone - Looking to increase that steadily with the combination of strict nutrition (Maybe one partial cheat day a week) and strength and cardio training.

So that's me......I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you and sharing information, tips and success !
