Today im starting to follow my tdee calories. Im scared im going to be eating too much and not lose weight.
One question I do have is do I just eat my tdee calories or do I eat those calories plus my exercise calories?

TDEE is maintenance calories. If you eat at TDEE you should not lose weight, nor should you gain. If you are trying to lose weight you should aim for TDEE - 15%.
You do not eat back your exercise calories because these are already factored into your TDEE calculation.0 -
