fast days

hey guys - I've had a Friday night cheat meal for a while, but this last friday I followed it by a Sat fast (not on purpose in the beginning, and I ended up eating a 500 cal meal at 10pm so...) ..not a full fast....but the next day the scale dropped a bump, and today it has dropped more. I read others say good things about intermittent fasting and how it can be good for body and mind. and you know what? I did feel horrible in the morning (family BS) but by the end of the day my mind felt calmer...and I was no longer in a funk...could think more clearly....(which is why I decided I didn't need to do a full day and had a meal).....anyways...I think I'm going to do it again this Sat, and maybe throw in tomorrow (Tues) too, just to see how it goes. other days I'm eating around 2000 calories.
