Swimovate PoolMate Calories... Help!!!!

Hi, does anyone on here have a PoolMate?

If so, do you eat back the calories it tell you?
Do you find the calories are accurate?

I'm worried about it overestimating and then me overeating or it underestimating them me eating too little :S

    Hi..I use it.

    For me it says that I burn around 500 for 2000 m. (45-50 minutes depending on the day)

    Actually I don't track my calories...but since I swim regularly, eat 5 times per day (everything) I started to lose some weight.
