How are you rewarding yourself?

I have gotten off track lately and today is the day that I start working towards my next 10 lbs. So I am comiling a list of my rewards for each 10lbs lost. Here is my list so far:
-10lbs (208) - pedicure (DONE!)
-20lbs (198) - subsription to Clean Eating magazine
-30lbs (188) - New tennis shoes
-40lbs (178) - New workout clothes
I am kinda stumped on what kind of things I will want to reward myself with...I'm trying to make my reward something that will push me to keep going on my weight loss journey. I already have a hear rate monitor, and I am a member of a gym I love, which includes personal training sessions. What kind of rewards are you setting for yourself? Is there anything I could add in here that might help me get through any plateaus that I might face? I want to make a list of at least 4 more rewards, as my goal weight is 130-145, I'm just lost. Really I want my rewards to be something to get me through the next phase of weight loss (well the pedicure was an excuse to get one lol but the rest of the rewards are to get me through each 10 lbs!)
Thanks in advance!

Your rewards are almost exactly the same as mine except the clean eating magazine...lol One thing you may want to do for yourself once you have reached a certain weight or once you hit goal weight is buy a new wardrobe - You are going to need one anyways right?
So that is one BIG thing at least...How about a spa day and a makeover day (new haircut/color, etc.) Those are good ones!! Have fun with it!! Go BIG b/c you lost BIG!! :flowerforyou:0 -

Yeah after I posted that I was thinking a massage would be great...a haircut is a great idea! I think its one area that is always neglected after a big weight loss...I will want a new haircut that flatters my new figure!
I don't want to necessarily set a goal with a reward as a new wardrobe...who knows how long it is going to take me to lose all of this weight and I don't want to buy a lot of new clothes to eventually have to keep buying more clothes...I think I will just buy a few pieces a month and when the season change.
But I do think I know what my ultimate reward is going to be, and that is to get dressed up with my husband (like ball gown and tuxedo!) and go out for a night on the town....I think that would be great for both of us!0 -
Hmmm... I generally reward myself with chocolate and/or beer. To me, material items aren't much of a reward. I will eventually be forced to buy new clothes (or a good belt), but I prefer the simple things in life.0

New clothes. Last week, I bought me a new 33" belt because my 38" belts were too big.
I really want to get a mani-pedi done. Maybe get my eyebrows shaped. Maybe that will be my next reward if I hit 170 pounds before the new year. At the rate I'm losing though, I may hit that before Halloween. :P0
