Cheat Days

So after eating well and working out monday-friday I decided to live a little over the weekend. Boy what a mistake that was! I gained 2 pounds! It just doesnt seem fair :-(

    It might just be initial weight gain.
    Exercise and move-on. A couple of bad nights shouldn't deter you. Keep going, you'll be fine :)

    I prefer to call them "Earned Meals" Because you EARNED them, not because you're cheating on a diet. I'd still track and log everything. And I'd only do 1 or 2 a week.

    Also, I'd find it hard to believe you ate an extra 7000 calories over the weekend (the amount in 2 lbs) so chalk it up to water weight and a lesson learned.
