Moving from High energy to DDP questions

I just completed 90 days of Tap Out XT. Today I started the DDPYoga. This morning I did wakeup, Energy and RedHot core. I just didn't feel like I worked out very hard. Yes I was engaged during the workouts. My HRM decided it did not want to participate this morning so I don't know about my heart rate. I was sweating but not very much. I plan on following the Advanced workout schedule.
For those of you who made the switch are you adding in something else to DDP?
If you are adding something else in; what is it? Cardio? Strength? Combination?
Did anyone get the same feeling of "not working out"?
Thanks,
