Reinventing my mind and body...FOR ME!

I am new to this site as of today. I am a mother of 3 and work as a nurse at a school. I will be going back to work in 2 weeks. My plan was to lose 10 pounds over the summer, yet that didn't happen! I am starting an exercise program today as well as counting calories. I am a procrastinator BIG TIME. Why do today, when you can put off until tomorrow?..lol..That was always my excuse. So I guess that phrase put me back three steps. I need to lose 15-20 lbs for ME! Health and wellness is a big aspect of my life as well as my career. I can't teach students to be healthy when I am not following myself. So here it goes...Day 1.
