Anyone do 30 Day Shred twice a day?

    I cannot say that I have, but I have mixed it up with 60+ minutes at the gym (crosstrainer/elliptical + strength). You can do it twice if you want, but I would look into perhaps adding something else after it instead? Maybe running, walking, Zumba or even more strength it you prefer.
