Hi, been on the site for aix days and have to say it is great! I have a lot of weight to lose (124.5 lbs), but am taking it in small steps. First goal is 30 lbs gone. I joined a local weight loss group through church and have three friends on my team. We weigh in every Wednesday. It's a competition to see which group can lose the most in twelve weeks. Having three other people monitoring your progress is a big motivation! The diet hasn't been too bad thanks to MFP, and monitoring my steps per day has really made me increase my activity level. I wish all of you the best of luck, keep going!!!!
