I just ordered Turbo Fire. Can't wait to get it in the mail! We should support and motivate eachother!
From what I've heard, you really have to plow through it, don't give up and we'll look awesome in the end0 -
I will tell you it is hard! Good hard though. I thought I was in pretty good shape after doing two rounds of P90X. Got Turbo Fire and the starter class kicked my butt! Yes I said starter class. LOL! The first time I made it all the way through without pausing the DVD to breath and drink water was a huge huge accomplishment for me. Good Luck!!!! It is hard but soooo much fun!
I should add that the reason why it was harder for me was not because it is easier than P90X it is because P90X does not have as much cardio. More weight lifting. Turbo Fire is intense cardio that I was not used too.0 -
Starting week 2 today!!! I love the way I feel!!! I'm here to encourage you! Friend me!0

I sent you a message I started last wed but I can "start" with you also. I was suppose to do fire 55 today but I just didn't think I could get through it after yesterday so I did 30. I was right 30 kicked my butt. lol0

Hi! Are you doing the prep schedule or the 20 week program.. I jumped right into the 20 week program.. Hoping it doesn't kick by butt too bad.. :0)0 -

Thanks! I did one month of P90X and saw results, but it was just too time consuming.. and I am a cardio girl and I love to kick box (even though it is faster than a traditional kick box class) so I thought I would give it a try! :0)0 -
I would love to join but i just ordered mine so wont be able to start till next monday0

I should get my copy on Wednesday...I think the one I ordered is just the 12-week version...or is there an option to extend it to 20 weeks? Even if we are not starting on the same day, I would love to have people who are just starting or have been through just a little ahead of me so that we can encourage each other! I'm trying to clean up my eating too so that I can be on point with the nutrition plan. I think I will try the 5-Day Inferno plan(minus the Shakeology...can't afford that right now!) to see if I can get a little kickstart on the weight loss! Friend me!0

Hi I try to start last week, but I got so busy I skipped 2 workouts, BUT I restarted today and I hope I can stay on it, especially with the nutrition plan. I need friends who are also doing turbo fire, hope we can motivate each other to keep going good luck0
