hello. i'm new to MFP...and losing weight

hi,

too much weight has been an ancillary by-product of chaos in my life.

controlling the chaos is a daily practice that's taken most of my energy until now.

now i want to shed the excess weight. i'm finding that is a very hard practice to learn as well!

joining MFP is an attempt. any and all support is appreciated.

my short term goal=>lose weight before key west vacation in october.

my long term goal=> change my lifestyle.
