Healthy Options At Chain Restaurants List!!!

Thought I should share with you the best options. :) Each restaurant has 2 options. Each option is under 300 calories! Sorry if you like meat because all of them are vegetarian lol.

McDonald's-
side salad with balsamic vinegarette an small fries
southwest salad without chicken and apple slices

Taco Bell-
cheese roll up and black beans
pintos and cheese and Mexican rice

Burger King-
side garden salad with any dressing and apple slices
mozzarella sticks

Wendy's-
berry almond salad (without chicken) and apple slices
apple pecan salad (without chicken)

Chipotle-
burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, and fajita vegetables
salad with fajita vegetables and cheese

Ruby Tuesday-
spaghetti squash marinara
the three side special (broccoli, spaghetti squash, and green beans) with salad bar

Wawa-
wheat junior hoagie with cheddar cheese, onions, and spinach
broccoli cheddar soup

Subway-
six inch veggie delight with vinegar, peppers, onions, and spinach
veggie delight salad with Italian dressing and yogurt parfait

Starbucks-
Greek yogurt with mango and passion fruit (no yogurt)
petite vanilla scone and fruit cup

Red Lobster-
baked potato with sour cream and broccoli
rice pilaf and asparagus (seasonal)

Friendly's-
cup of cheddar broccoli soup and side salad with Italian dressing
rice and broccoli

Saladworks-
vegetarian vegetable soup and wheat roll
vegetarian chili and a white roll

Sbarro-
bread stick and Caesar salad
mixed vegetables

TGI Friday's-
french onion soup
Caesar salad with bread stick

Dave and Buster's-
sweet apple pecan salad (without meat)
broccoli cheddar soup and vegetable medley

Here are some more that have one option each:

Domino's- one slice of any plain or vegetable topped pizza of any crust

Olive Garden- minestrone soup and a garden fresh salad with any dressing

Moe's- unanimous decision in a hard shell without chips

Movie Tavern- ALT salad

Red Robin- southwest rice and southwest beans

Boston Market- corn, green beans, and steamed vegetables

Sonic- french fries and apple slices

Panera Bread- vegetarian summer corn chowder (not in a bread bowl!)

Here are some choices you can make that aren't specific to a chain restaurant. Often, these establishments don't have nutritional values listed!

Chinese-
tofu and vegetable dish with steamed rice
vegetable moo shu (2 pancakes)

Breakfast-
two blueberry pancakes
oatmeal and fruit

Donuts-
one chocolate iced donut
glazed donut

I hope I helped you in some way! I know for me anyway, I got out to eat a LOT! It's probably the reason that I gained weight over the years. But, researching options has really helped me! Did you know that most places serve meals that are well over 1000 calories? That's probably over half of your day's intake!

    There is an app that I downloaded on my android phone that has all the menu with the nutrition info for all of the major restaurant chains called:

    Restaurants Weight Loss Diet

    I use this when I have to eat out for work which is sometimes several times a week when I am traveling. It helps me pick the right foods from the menu.
