Healthy snacking while at the office

I also pack my lunch and snacks.... I keep a gallon of water in the office fridge. The other thing I do is I don't carry money into the office, it prevents me from going to the snack machines. The only problem with that is if it's a stressful day and I eat all my snacks in the morning...0

I am with everyone else..fruits, carrot w/hummus, peanut butter, greek yogurt (check sugards these can be high), fruit, nuts, etc.
Good luck..i think a big key is to be prepared; then you won't grab the chips!0 -
Like everyone else said, veggies and fruit. I try to have a cup of fruit as my "mid morning snack".
On my current rotation, I have fresh watermelon, kiwis, mango, clementine oranges and pineapple.
For my afternoon snack I have either veggies like baby carrots and hummus, a protein bar or greek yogurt.
I pack my lunch and snacks as well. I always pack extras just in case I need them, but often only eat 2 out of my three snacks.
If you like chips, I've just discovered Veggie Straws in a ranch flavor. I found them by the rice cakes and pop chips. 38 straws is only 110 calories and it's comparable to chips..I'm a chip girl too so I like them alot!0 -
Things I tend to have as a snack while being a slave to the cubicle:
- fresh fruit
- fresh veggies with hummus
- nuts/trail mix
- granola bar
Speaking of snacks, I just had a white peach.0
