For the past year I have been working on creating a new lifestyle for myself; working to become both healthy and happy. I started off at 334lbs and am down down to 219lbs - 115lb loss. Though I have struggled a lot I am happy with my progress. The main thing I still struggle with is being able to see the weight lost on my body. When I look in the mirror I still see a 334lb person. Hopefully that goes away soon because I sure can feel the difference.

    Awesome job!! I struggle with the same thing. It's funny, because when I see pictures of myself, I kind of do a double take because I look so small, but when I look in the mirror, I still see fat, fat, fat.
