My name is Brian, 22 years old, recent college grad just trying to find my place in the world.
I joined MFP a while ago but found I was just to lazy to keep track of my foods, well I am back now and hopefully I can force myself to stick to it to help achieve my goals.
My goals are fairly simple. I want to lose body fat more then weight (As I understand muscle weighs more then fat), but losing some weight and looking slimmer is always an option! I currently weigh about 195 and the mid section is slightly rounded (AKA Not the type of body I want to see in the mirror)
Well that's about it for me right now, if you want to add me as a friend and chat then feel free to! I could use the motivation as well.
