If you're the lady that was walking one Sunday morning in July around the campsites at Melvern Lake, Melvern, Kansas and we visited about the My Fitness Pal program..remember..you said I gave you a pep talk? Please contact me. Would love to walk with you and talk about the program. You motivated me to join. Will be camping at Melvern Labor Day weekend.
