INSANITY! Day1 of Month2 = WOW!

I nearly DIED today! I did the Fit Test, then took a 30/45min break
& jumped right into the Max Interval Circuit.
I sweat SO MUCH that I was slipping all over the floor. DRIPPING!
It wasnt as bad as I thought though (:
The workouts are alot faster so it was hard to keep up
but in time ill be going right along with the people in the video.
I think maybe it would be a good idea to do my Fit Test on
the "Rest" day next time so I have maximum energy for the circuit? hmm idk

BTW: I just got/used my Polar FT4 HRM for the first time & im not sure
how to log them into my diary; can anyone help me with that? Thank You
