Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the gym and did not eat all my exercise calories

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, make good food choices and go to the gym

    Nope.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Walked a little bit instead of taking care.

    What would I have done differently?
    Gotten my butt to the gym.

    Stay within calories, make good food choices, and go to the gym

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed the course and didn't give in to carbs.

    What would I have done differently? Drink more water.

    What is today's personal goals? Keep away from those pesky carbs. They are just not worth the extra pounds or the extra effort to lose.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ... at least I made a relatively low calorie choice for dinner so could have been worse

    What would I have done differently? walked during one or both of my kids activites

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, go to the Y tonight

    No I went over 35 calories and 12 carbs. :grumble:

    NO

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I ate healthy foods instead of junk.

    What would I have done differently?
    Nothing. Even though I went over I still made better food choices.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and work out tonight.
