Any Suggestions?

June 7th of this year I fractured my wrist below my thumb at work and I'm starting to get my strength back in my wrist. Does anyone have any suggestions on strength training that won't re-injure my wrist? Doing push ups hurt after about 5 but I push through the pain.

    Just don't do anything that causes discomfort. Other than that, you might want to consult a physical therapist.
