Am I the only one

It's been less than a week since I signed on MFP and I am finding it difficult to hit the 1200 calorie mark. I am usually under just about everyday. Will this have adverse effects on my weight loss? I really want to be successful at this but if I try to make up the deficit in calories I find that I go over in other areas(fat, carbs protiens). Any suggestions are welcome.
