Whats the most calories you can burn in a day?

I'm wanting to start a new challenge as its a new week, at first i wanted to burn 18000 calories in the week but after alot of abuse off here i'm asking whats the most calories i should burn aday if i consume on average 1000 calories.

I'm wanting to burn 1500 in the morning and at night? Is this good or not?

P.S IM NO TROLL JUST BECAUSE I ASK A QUESTION

No one has abused you, Sir.
Get the advice from the site and use it sensibly.
You will be healthy and lighter instead of dead.

i just started again , im trying for 1500 a day burn. that would mean about 75 mins in the morning and 75 mins at night.

i did managed this a couple of years ago for a peroid of time , but ended up making my self ill .

so i will settle for about 850 caloires per day though exerise

and with my diet at present with the defisit , it could in theory hit 1500 a day with only doing the morning exersise,

So, you eat 1,000 cals a day and you want to test yourself to see what your upper limit is in terms of work capacity?

listen to your body and try not to abuse the hell out of it, or it will pay you back accordingly. I find that if I burn more than 600-700 calories in a day, I get achy and ravenously hungry. 400-500/day is my average happy place. But I'm not trying to lose very much weight.

I think if you're going to consume 1000 calories a day, you should limit any physical activity to pushing buttons on the remote control.

As has been suggested on the other thread, to do this continuously, particularly while eating very little, is a poor idea.

I can burn 3k in a day - I do so now and again. I can *feel* my need for fuel when I do so.

To do so every day for a week, without eating sufficiently is very silly. Hell, to do so for a week while eating well doesn't really serve any useful purpose, and is potentially harmful to someone not well trained to handle such a training load.
