Stress returning to work

Got hit with lots of tough challenges my first day back from vacation, and got totally stressed. MFP kind of went out the window. I did log in my diary a few times, but it's not been a good eating day for me. I will NOT end this day with ice cream, however, and plan to forgo the bread with dinner, as well. My husband's down there making a veggie stirfry, that should be pretty good.

Anyway, my main point is: stress makes me want to eat (emotional eating). I hope things calm down at work.
