I am heading to Las Vegas for 4days next weekend. Our Vegas trips consisit of A LOT of drinking, dancing & yummy meals. I am not so concerned about food since we only eat 1-2x per day(I can keep that sensible) but I am wondering how I could track drinks when we are usually are 3 sheets to the wind while we are awake...Any suggestions...Should I just enjoy myself and not fret???

Personally I wouldn't log. I haven't logged on any vacations this summer and each time I come back weighing less (I don't really drink though, but during one trip to Vegas I drank quite a bit and it still didn't gain.) I would just try to stick to lower calorie drink and food options and make sure you're doing a bunch of walking/dancing.0

I'm leaving on vaca in September and plan to log just to continue to be mindful of what I'm eating. I find I'm less likely to finish something I'm not really enjoying or get something when I'm not hungry if I'm logging. And why break those habits while I'm on vacation? I don't plan to be very legalistic about it.0
