Try the 100 calorie bag of popcorn with butter flavored cooking spray and a little seasoned salt. Tastes just like movie theater popcorn.
  • Seaweed. You can eat a whole bunch of it and hardly pick up any calories.

Sometimes I need a little sugar as the night winds down. I have these tiny ice cream sandwiches that are just 80 calories and they make feel like I got a treat without breaking the bank. Or just a small serving of your favorite snack like a goldfish or a fruit roll-up.

I sometimes zap me some oatmeal made w/water..........my favorite is Quaker's Raisin, date and walnut flavor(140 c) + 1 tbsp of PB2(23 c) so for around 163 calories you have a stick to your ribs snack  yummy

100 calorie microwave bags of popcorn. I like Newman's Natural 100 calorie bags.

This! Popcorn! I air-pop mine, spray zero calorie butter and sprinkle splenda on it. YUM!

Try roasted chickpeas...you can buy them bagged or make your own ( just google 'roasted chickpea recipe'). About 88 calories for 65g, the ones I get, and very very filling.

I second cottage cheese, or try some quark with some peanut flour or cocoa powder and stevia stirred in for another filling snack.
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    cinnamon
    splenda
    vanilla extract

Mix and put in freezer for about 15 mins. Only 130 cals and very filling

I will have to be sure to try this. That sounds yummy!!

  • Fiber One - Strawberry Pb&J Chewy Bar, 1 bar - only 110 calories.

Last night I had 21 sweet red cherries for 90 cals. (A fruit I hadn't tried before... love it!)
