Healthy Choice has frozen greek yogurts (single serve size!) that are YUMMY! At 100 calories each I love them. I secretly pretend I am eating ice cream.

I just ate an apple with 1.5 teaspoons of peanutbutter. It was only about 120 calories and a great snack.

^^This!! I save enough calories so i can have an apple and some pb for my night time snack! So yummy and filling!

Try the 100 calorie bag of popcorn with butter flavored cooking spray and a little seasoned salt. Tastes just like movie theater popcorn.

Seaweed. You can eat a whole bunch of it and hardly pick up any calories.

Sometimes I need a little sugar as the night winds down. I have these tiny ice cream sandwiches that are just 80 calories and they make feel like I got a treat without breaking the bank. Or just a small serving of your favorite snack like a goldfish or a fruit roll-up.

I sometimes zap me some oatmeal made w/water..........my favorite is Quaker's Raisin, date and walnut flavor(140 c) + 1 tbsp of PB2(23 c) so for around 163 calories you have a stick to your ribs snack  yummy

100 calorie microwave bags of popcorn. I like Newman's Natural 100 calorie bags.

This! Popcorn! I air-pop mine, spray zero calorie butter and sprinkle splenda on it. YUM!

Try roasted chickpeas...you can buy them bagged or make your own ( just google 'roasted chickpea recipe'). About 88 calories for 65g, the ones I get, and very very filling.

I second cottage cheese, or try some quark with some peanut flour or cocoa powder and stevia stirred in for another filling snack.
