Sometimes I need a little sugar as the night winds down. I have these tiny ice cream sandwiches that are just 80 calories and they make feel like I got a treat without breaking the bank. Or just a small serving of your favorite snack like a goldfish or a fruit roll-up.0

I sometimes zap me some oatmeal made w/water..........my favorite is Quaker's Raisin, date and walnut flavor(140 c) + 1 tbsp of PB2(23 c) so for around 163 calories you have a stick to your ribs snack

I second cottage cheese, or try some quark with some peanut flour or cocoa powder and stevia stirred in for another filling snack.0 -
