I need this weight off now!

Hey guys,
I am trying to find a balance between cardio and weight lifting to maximize my weightloss - help please!!!

    Assuming you mean fatloss -- Get a good strength/weight program going and follow it consistently. Add cardio in as time/energy allows. Eat food, not too little to fuel your workouts but not too much to lose weight.

    Alternate answer - pick the thing you like doing, and work on getting good at it. This is a better plan, long term, than the above, because its hard to stay motivated to exercise just for the sake of losing weight, but its easy to stay motivated to improve at the thing you enjoy.
