Open diary

I'm just curious as to anyone's thoughts as to my food/exercise diary. I diligently log every single thing I put into my body (except water sometimes, oops), and I tend to add about 80% of my exercising (i.e. if I do circuit training for 45 minutes, I'll usually put around 35, to negate any underestimation by MFP on calories burned). I'm just curious as to people's thoughts, preferably people who know what they're talking about, lol.
Before I get beheaded for eating pre-packaged meals, I know I shouldn't due to the sodium content, but I am a full-time student and a full-time employee. I either eat those, or I eat fruit and nuts all day (exaggeration, but close enough).
Thanks!

Looking at it leaves me feeling a little hungry, but I have the luxury of time to cook and get some volume for my calories.
I'm no expert, so take this for what it's worth: If everything is logged, I would say that there are several days with an inadequate number of calories - - - mostly due to very low fat. You do seem to hit your protein goal most of the time, but I think you could use more calories, more fat, and maybe more fiber.0 -

Yes to all of that. Why are you eating super low fat and such low calories? I'm a 34 year old female, 5'5" and weigh about 121lbs and I eat more calories than you do in a day (averaging about 1900/day) and I'm STILL losing. And I easily eat 3x the amount of fat you do....don't be afraid of nuts, peanut butter, avocado and oils. All are excellent, healthy sources of fat that will help your body run at its full potential.
I'd eat the fruit and nuts in addition to the prepackaged foods that you eat for lack of time. Also maybe consider finding one day a week (or even a few hours?) to do some batch cooking and then you can freeze or refrigerate individual portion sizes for your own homemade on-the-go meals.0
