Intermittent Fasting For Women (Caution)

As IF seems to be generating a lot of interest in the nutritional world (and I can see the logic in it, if done correctly and the person is in good metabolic shape) I thought I would post this interview:

I thought it was an interesting take on the whole thing from the female point of view.

Something to chew on anyway if you're considering it.

    In short, IF does not work as well for some women as it does men, in fact it can cause issues ranging from decreased fertility to a lowered sex drive.

    I thought the researcher had some decent points and the interview is well worth an hour of anyone's time, especially any woman thinking of using IF.
