As IF seems to be generating a lot of interest in the nutritional world (and I can see the logic in it, if done correctly and the person is in good metabolic shape) I thought I would post this interview:

In short, IF does not work as well for some women as it does men, in fact it can cause issues ranging from decreased fertility to a lowered sex drive.
I thought the researcher had some decent points and the interview is well worth an hour of anyone's time, especially any woman thinking of using IF.0 -
