Does anyone have this? My husband just found it, I tried the p90x program but I find I do better when I can go to the gym and workout, too many distractions/excuses at home!

There's an IPad app but you have to buy each workout.

probably the same as the iphone ap, the price isn't too bad if its a good workout. you can buy them individually $7 each) or the full package ($60) or the resistance workout package ($30)
cheaper than the actual dvd's ($120 plus risk of getting sucked into various magazine, vitamin & shakology autocharges) just wanted to know if anyone had tried it out, is it a supplement to the dvd's or can it be used on its own? pros & cons?

I bought the ap for ipod Touch

Not that good - shows the exercise - but doesnt really go through it

So, I have never really used it much
