Maybe we should have an online dictionary for this stuff. Here - I'll start it:

SAHM - Stay at home Mom
    SAHD - """dad
    DH - Dear Hubby
    SO - Significant other
YMMV - Your Mileage May Vary

    And so on,,,,,,

I'm just a lowly male dear, I know what women think of me - and this thread has reaffirmed it nicely.

DB is for "Douche Bag".

De Nile is not just a river in Egypt compadre...

The good news is, it's often not us. Not really. Jon Bon Jovi is considered a real catch. Handsome, talented, rich, and by all accounts a good hub and a good dad and just a generally decent guy.

I'll bet you $'s to donuts his wife thinks he's an a-hole. It's just how they are, and how we are. Make peace with it ...

DH can be Dear Husband or D@mn Husband, depending on the context

    Some Others...
PM = Private Message (refering to the email system on MFP)
HTH = Hope That Helps (I think....)
    IMO = In My Opinion
IMHO, JMHO = In My Humble Opinion, Just My Humble Opinion
SSDD = Same Snit, Different Day
TTBC = To The Bat Cave..... oh wait, you guys don't use that?

His wife is a black belt in karate (really) so I bet he doesn't act like an a-hole to her.
