How to fill my 1700 cal diet?

Hi. I recently discovered IF (intermittent fasting) and started IF-ing 3 days ago/ So far so good, although I'm always considering how to fill my meals with (the right) food. I don't only want to lose fat, but also gain (a little) muscle weight, so I want my diet to be protein high and carb low (I'm taking raspberries ketones and BCAA as a supplement).

Would anyone be willing to look at my diary for today (8-21) and recommend food that I can add to get 1700 cal? Any other suggestion are fine too. Thanks a million.

    Your diary is not open. If not already drinking them, I would suggest protein shakes made with full fat milk when trying to get in extra calories.

    Thanks Barkin43, I've changed it to public. I've tried skim milk w protein powder (love it) but it's not always easy to make at work… Mh, you're right I could make it at home and take it with me...
