Ultimate goal weight: 90-115

I plan to be the fastest runner on my cross country team
Recover from my eating disorder (working on it)
Get my jumps perfect for cheer

Top shoulder blades (too lazy to look it up e.e)
Bigger butt
Bigger boobs (is that possible lmao)
Hip bones
Smaller calves
No more stretch marks
Healthy not skinny
Be able to do splits

    I since a little ED talking here. :indifferent: Can't really say anything since a lot of my goals even with recovery have to do with my body.

    Weight goal: 118 (it's the very minimum that I should weight as a 5'8 girl... Logically I know that it's too little, but I've yet to get to the point where that number is not in my head)

    Personal fitness goal: I want to get back to my old fitness level and improve from there. I gained back mostly fat when my ED got at it's worst... So therefore, I'm lacking muscle. Plus, I suffered from exercise bulimia for a while there an now I have a lot on anxiety towards exercising. I want to be able to do intense cardio, lift weights, hold plank for over two minutes... Then I want to work towards running a 5K!

    Body Shape goals: Grr, I hate to admit it because it goes against my newfound recovery motivation.. But I would also like a thigh gap and defined shoulder blades. I want a flat tummy too and mini arm 'guns'.

    The most important goal for me right now is to be binge/purge/restriction/laxative free!
